Fuck you, Blue Dragons!

ninjasinI only need 4 dragon fangs and I can't find a fucking blue dragon if my life depended on it. I've run around the Bika Snowfield forests near Trabia where I first encountered the damn dragon. I've run around the mountain are next to the Shumi Village where they're also supposed to be. I've run around the Island Closest to Hell where they are also supposed to be. They're mocking me, damnit!
EDIT (4am): Okay, I got the dragon fangs off a Hexdragon (seems the rare Item ability does actually do something) and now I'm in Ultimecia's Castle... again. I hate the damn castle. it's got really neatr graphics (for a PS1 game) but the gamplay within sucks because all your shit gets sealed and you have to fight boss by boss to unlock each one. Sure, you can go fight Ultimecia right away, but to do so with only the Attack command is a funny thought. Anywho... castle aside for tonight. I sleep now
