EDIT (8:30pm) - Thank the Gods for mothers that know what they are doing and have friends that are insurance adjusters. Mom found out exactly what to say to the insurance adjuster that was handling the claim on the hit and run back in April. It looks like they really are going to pay the full damages to my car. *sigh of relief*
