ninjasinI coated my apartment inside and outside with some nasty anti-spider (and other buggies) spray. Damn that stuff was powerful and it reminded me exactly how little ventilation I have in my place. The fumes (with all possible windows open and fans going) threw me into a nasty coughing fit and I was having some trouble breathing while spraying it in the bathroom. But I prevailed and now they'll all DIE!
Kyo and I spent from about 2:45 to 5:00 out on the house's front porch where I read and ate my Arby's lunch. Kyo wasn't too thrilled with his harness and leash, but I couldn't keep him in the cat carrier; it was too mean to do that. He eventually settled down and watched the neighbors and the trees and everything else. Now we're back in the house, now spider free, and I set up his new scratching post (complete with catnip) and gave him his new toys. I ended up spending over forty bucks on him today so he damn well better like his toys and use that scratching post.
