ninjasinI've got the Uhaul reservation changed to Friday the 21st and the appointment made to get that damn wheel bearing fixed on Wednesday. Mom has decided to pay for the wheel bearing as well as the flight back to Pittsburgh for my brother. It seems my dad doesn't have any frequent flyer miles or something. Dad's kinda being an ass. He wants me to take the boxes of stuff, mostly memoriabilia of my younger days packed away, with me. I"m not sure I have the room in the trailer for them. It's depressing that he seems to want to devoid his house of anything to do with us kids. *sighs* And here I was starting to get back on an even keel with my father.
Had my teary farewell with Mom and Dana yesterday before I headed back to WV from Edinboro. I was surprised my sister cried and Mom cried real hard. I happened to start leaking myself by the time Mom told me to get in the car and go. I told Jim he better take good care of my Mom. I worry about her a lot. All in alkl, it was a rather emotional weekend with Sue's wedding and then Mom and Dana.
